  • 01. Senior Business Lending Consultant

    • You have a Bachelor’s degree or beyond
    • 2-5+ years in merchant cash advance, working capital loan or commercial finance-related industry with a strong, proven track record of success
    • You are a closer with a ‘no fear’, highly professional approach to sales
    • You are excited by the chase of the sale and the reward that awaits you at each finish line
    • You have a clear ability to engage on the phone and build rapport easily
    • You adopt a consultative, needs-based, solution-focused approach with clients

  • 02. Associate Marketing Manager

    The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the strategies of the Marketing and/or Senior Marketing Manager. This role requires heavy program and project management, effective cross-functional support and communication, and ongoing reporting to senior teams.

    Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
    • Detailed and effective program management for all defined marketing initiatives.
    • Project manage campaign execution with cross-functional teams and external vendors and manage execution, including development of project timelines and management of project tasks to ensure timely launch and on-going optimizations. Including but not limited to direct mail, social media, Google AdWords, and SEO.
    • Brief development for all campaign programs to ensure goals are clearly defined and measured appropriately.
    • Analyze campaign data to provide impactful insights and make recommendations on campaign optimizations and future marketing strategies.
    • Track spend to ensure campaigns and projects stay on budget and hit forecasted targets. Coordinate with senior team for necessary adjustments to accommodate missed targets.
    • Responsible for effective setup and tracking of campaigns to assess and optimize campaign performance. Makes, presents and defends recommendations to senior team.
    • Perform website updates via WordPress and coordinate with development team for troubleshooting.
    • Social media management, including development of monthly posting calendar and customer engagement.
    • Perform impactful competitive analyses across marketing channels to inform on campaign and site optimizations and report on insightful observations and recommendations.
    • Own vendor partnerships, accommodating ongoing communications and identifying opportunities to improve partner performance.
    • Strategic marketing support for sales requests, including coordination of brief development, asset build, and production.
    Professional Competencies
    • Outstanding ability to think creatively and strategically and to identify and resolve problems with productive solutions.
    • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
    • Proactive and independent; able to self-start and see projects through to completion with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points into reporting for senior Marketing team. Effective communication is core to being effective in this role.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
    Professional Skills & Qualifications
    • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
    • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
    • Experience with project management programs or ability to demonstrate practical project management experience a must.
    • Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources.
    • Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in multiple CMS environments.
    • Experience with salesforce a plus.
    • Experience driving lead acquisition for B2B a plus.
    • Agency experience a plus.
    • BS/BA degree required.
